When in old country

A picture says a thousand words. Or so we're told.

This one doesn't really, so we'll clarify.

This past weekend, our own Lisa went through a rite of passage.
What do the words "Icing," "ear," and "pierce" have in common? Lisa. They have Lisa in common.

She got her ears pierced. Both of them.

This is Lisa and Cassie, the Assistant Manager at Icing who sympathized with us when Lisa forgot her wallet, but stuck to her Health Code guns and wouldn't pierce any cartilage without seeing some I.D. first. Ally tried to become Lisa's legal guardian real quick, but apparently they take that stuff pretty seriously down at the Provo Town Center. Cassie was great, though. She even gave Lisa a sucker after the whole ordeal. Yay.

Lisa had a whole crew there supporting her on her big day.

On second thought, it was probably the Attitude Glasses that drew the girls to Icing, but witnessing Lisa's milestone was an added bonus.

Ally's doing well, too. She went to Logan for Easter Sabbath. Highlights:

Witnessing the creation of a meal named "Easter in a Flash"

and Sticker Egg.

  1. I'm so happy my egg made the blog! But what about our bag of books?
