Turn My Swag On.

Sorry. We haven't blogged in ages. Maybe two ages. Here are a few things that have made us say "blog that."

-We won a record breaking game of capture the flag. Ally accidentally cheated and got two people out of jail when she herself was an inmate. We love the blue team and hate the yellow team.

-We're hoping to get over 80% on a college test one day. Fingers crossed.

-Taylor B. had us over for a home cooked meal. She doesn't want us to say that she'll make a great wife and mother one day, so we won't.

-A boy's testimony in our ward included the statement "Never take Econ 110 and Poly Sci 150. That's a mistake." Ally is currently enrolled in both of these classes.

-While writing our physical science text book, the authors were very liberal with their exclamation points. "Particles, like bullets, would never cancel out or bend through a slit!" Who knew science could be so exciting?!!!

-A visit from Kelsey and Joyce. Always a pleasure.

-True Blue. Maybe not as cool as True Aggie night, but close.

-Our first home football game. This is all we remember.

-A night back up North. The circumstances were sad, but it was nice to see family and friends. We love the Hanks.

-Lisa and her parents got frozen yogurt then drove to three places looking for french fries. The first two were closed and the third was open, but by then they decided to just go home and make nachos.

-Sunday dinner at Erica's house.

-The Cannon Center has had a very good musical mix the past couple of days.

-We went back to Wallgreen's and once again saw Shelly, of 19th birthday cigarette fame. To our enjoyment, we learned much more about her. She was married nine years, then got divorced. She just got married again in March to a gentleman she was friends with in high school, she sometimes gets scared working the graveyard shift, and she agrees that Classic Skating makes the best birthdays. We just wanted to hug her. Fo real.

-Lisa tutored some children today and found out that the kind Cannon Center stranger who brought her a birthday treat also tutors children. His name is Sam. That's twice he's made it on our blog.

-The big talk at Helaman Halls right now is either a) who you're going to General Conference with or b) who your home teachers are. We wouldn't have it any other way.

we love that. keep it real. -attles and lis squared.
